1. Information You Give Us

When you submit a form, call us, text us, email us, or work with us, we may collect:

  • Name, phone number, email address, and property address
  • Details about your property and the problem you are contacting us about, including photos you send us
  • Appointment, estimate, and project information

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information, IP address, and general location
  • Pages visited, time on page, and how you arrived at the Site (for example, from a search ad or a mailer link)
  • Cookie and similar-technology data used for analytics and advertising

Call tracking and recording. We use call tracking technology (CallRail) that assigns different phone numbers to different advertising sources so we know how you found us. When you call, we collect the number you called from, the number you dialed, and the date, time, and duration of the call. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training, and record-keeping purposes; where recording is active you will be notified at the start of the call.

We use third-party tools that may set cookies or collect data on our behalf, including:

  • Google (Ads, Local Services Ads, and Analytics): advertising measurement and site analytics
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): advertising measurement
  • Yelp: advertising measurement
  • CallRail: call tracking as described above

These providers may use data as described in their own privacy policies. You can limit ad personalization through your Google and Meta account settings and through your browser’s cookie controls.

5. Text Messaging and Consent Data

If you opt in to text messages, we collect and store your phone number, the date, time, and content of your opt-in, and your message history with us, so we can honor your consent and opt-out choices. No mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent information will be shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging data is shared only with the service providers who deliver our messages, and only so they can deliver them. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
